Poland in Kenya

The activity of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in strengthening bilateral economic cooperation resulted in a number of ministerial invitations. On August 24, 2023, at the invitation of the Kenyan side, the Polish delegation consisting of representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland and the Kenyan branch of Polish Investment and Trade Agency was received by prof. Njugun Ndung, Minister of Treasury and Economic Planning, equivalent to the Polish Minister of Finance and Treasury.

On 10th of August the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi hosted representatives of the delegation of the Kenyan local authorities of the Kajiado county, supported by the largest local agricultural producers. The delegation is going to Poland to establish cooperation with Polish entities operating in the potato industry and to purchase Polish equipment and production technologies that can be widely used in Kenya.

On 08.08. The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi hosted representatives of the joint mission of the Kenya Film and Classification Board, the State Department of Public Works and Proscene Systems Limited going to Poland to establish cooperation with Polish entities operating in the film industry and to purchase devices based on Polish technology that will be able to be widely used in Kenya.

We kindly inform you that on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi and its Consular Section will be closed due to public holiday observed in the Republic of Poland.

On July 7 this year the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Kenya Mirosław Gojdź presented his credentials to William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya.

Belowmentioned projects were selected to be suported under Polish Aid Small Grant program.

On June 1 this year we held the Polish diaspora meeting on the occasion of Children's Day.

On May 4, 2023, on the initiative of the Embassy, ​​Polish violinists conducted music workshops with Ghetto Classics in Korogocho.
