Studies at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Pontifical Academy of Theology (now Pontifical University of John Paul II) in Krakow, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster.

Lecturer in journalism at the UKSW in Warsaw, since 2005 lecturer at the Higher School of Social and Media Culture (now the Academy of Social and Media Culture) in Toruń, in media studies subjects including. In the field of media studies, among others: regulation of the media market in Europe and worldwide, media market in Poland and worldwide, media systems, media studies research methods, contemporary press journalism, social and cultural impact of the mass media, journalistic genres; lectures in the field of religious studies - great religions of the world: Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam; Christianity against the background of the great religions of the world, sects and new religious movements; supervisor and reviewer of over 200 bachelor's and master's theses. 

Author of monographs and many scientific articles in the field of contemporary media and history of media of the communist period, including: "Totalitarian media.  Security services as an example of control of the information system', 'Censorship as a form of violence'. Previously, numerous scientific and popularisation works in the field of religious studies.

From 2016 to 2022, expert in the Office of the National Broadcasting Council.
