Poland in Kuwait

On December 5th, a Christmas meeting of the Polish community and Christmas for children in Bahrain (DWPPG project) took place in the restaurant of the Radisson Blu hotel in Manama. The event was attended by about 60 Poles living in Bahrain. The Embassy was represented by CDA Michał Cholewa, Head of the Political-Economic-Consular and Polish Community Department – ​​Anna Godoj-Ciszkowska and the Consul of the Republic of Poland – Katarzyna Hopkin. During the meeting, there was a presentation of Christmas dishes and cooking workshops for children – making ravioli and mushroom dumplings (uszka). The workshops ended with the consumption of jointly prepared traditional Polish Christmas dishes. About 20 of the youngest Polish children received gifts in the form of educational gadgets on the occasion of the upcoming Christmas.
