On September 12, 2023, the chargée d'affaires of the Republic of Poland in Kuwait, Anna Godoj-Ciszkowska, met with Dr. Hilal Musaed Al Sayer, president of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, and the Society's staff prior to their trip to Poland to deliver power generators to Ukraine.
