How to make an appointment in the consulate?

You can book your appointment via the e-konsulat system.

Slots for appointments in the e-konsulat system for next month for all matters are opened in the third week of previous month according to the following schedule:

Mondays – visas, from 09:00 till 14:00;

Tuesdays – legal, citizenship and passport issues, from 09:00 till 13:00;

Wednesdays – visas, from 09:00 till 14:00;

Thursdays – visas, from 09:00 till 14:00;

Fridays – legal, citizenship and passport issues, from 09:00 till 13:00.

In urgent cases regarding citizens of Poland (e.g. accidents, loss of passport), Consular Section of the Embassy of Republic of Poland, accepts appointments out of turn after previous phone or e-mail contact.
