We are publishing the letter from Ambassador Krzysztof Dębnicki, in which we are correcting false information found in an article published on the website AlJazeera.com “Coronavirus shutdowns leave travellers stuck in airport terminals”

FAKE NEWS

In the light of the publication on 26/03/2020 the article by Ian Lloyd Neubauer entitled "Coronavirus shutdowns leave travellers stuck in airport terminals" on AlJazeera.com website, which diminish the good name of the Embassy of Poland in Kuala Lumpur, we are publishing  the letter sent by the Ambassador of Poland in Malaysia, Mr. Krzysztof Dębnicki to the Chief of Bureau  of the Al Jazeera television station in Malaysia (regional office for Southeast Asia) Mr. Samer Allawi, who requested the corrected information.

 

Information about the letter were published on 30/03/2020 by the Malaysian news agency Bernama in the article: Polish Embassy in KL successfully ensured safe return of stranded citizens. Links to articles below:
