Poland in Malaysia

On 23 July Ambassador Krzysztof Dobrowolski paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Defence of Malaysia, YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Khaled Bin Nordin. The meeting was focused on bilateral cooperation in the field of defence, including through mutual participation in international events such as the annual Polish International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce (3-6 September), or Malaysian DSA and LIMA. The meeting confirmed both sides’ genuine, shared willingness to deepen their bilateral cooperation, as well as very good prospects for attaining that goal.

The flagship export products of the Polish defence industry are missiles and missile defence systems, artillery systems, military land vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, and electronic warfare, among others.

Other important exhibitions in the defence sector are: 
BALT-EXPO - International Maritime Exhibition, held biannually in Gdańsk.
BALT-MILITARY-EXPO focused on maritime safety and security, sea- and land-based defence, and rescue systems is held bi-annually in Gdańsk. The next show is scheduled for 7-9 October 2025.
Defence24 DAY – Defence and security conference held annually in Warsaw, typically in May. Polish military officials often present modernization plans, and exhibitors are welcome.
