Poland in Malaysia

On 23 November Ambassador Krzysztof Dobrowolski had the pleasure of hosting Malaysian graduates of Polish universities.

It was an excellent opportunity for Malaysians who studied and graduated in Poland to renew their contacts and to share memories and experiences.

In his opening speech, the Ambassador drew attention to the role that graduates can and should play through their contacts in promoting Poland in Malaysia, and above all, the possibility of studying in our country. He encouraged the graduates, most of whom have not had the opportunity to revisit Poland since graduation, to come to see our country again. He declared the Embassy's readiness to become even more actively involved in integrating the alumni community and strengthening their ties with the Polish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and with Poland.

The event brought together, among others, the graduates of the Medical University of Warsaw, the Medical University of  Łodź, the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, the Poznań University of Technology, the Cracow University of Technology, the Gdańsk University of Technology, the University of Wrocław and the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów. As many of the participants joined the get-together with their loved ones, the atmosphere was truly homely and warm.
