Poland in Malaysia

The intricate Peranakan architecture and ornate furnishings were the backdrop for a musical soirée at the Jewel Piano Lounge at Baba House Melaka organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur. The unique ensemble of Polish violinist Kaja Karolina Giżewska and Malaysian pianists Kok Kee Boon & Lim Guan Yi prepared a remarkable performance of Fryderyk Chopin, Karol Szymanowski and Henryk Wieniawski music in a true “Spirit of Poland” Concerto!

An exhibition of Polish sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List was also featured that evening.
