Poland in Malaysia

5 easy steps to get a visa:

1. Legalize your document confirming your eligibility to undertake further level of studies at the local MFA office and then at the consulate. Remember! The consul only legalizes originals and official copies of documents issued in Malaysia. You can find out more on the Legalisation - Poland in Malaysia. If your documents were issued in a different country then you should legalise them at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland covering that country. If the issued document is not in English or Polish then you should translate it into Polish at the respective Embassy of the Republic of Poland covering the country where the documents was issued or through a Polish sworn translator.
2. Contact the university in Poland and get the original certificate of admission to studies.

Ask for the original document to be sent by post. The consul does not accept photocopies or scans of the certificate for the visa procedure.

3. Prepare the necessary documents for the visa application. Check the information on the website Visa D - type national visa for students. At the bottom of the above mentioned page you will find an attachment with a list of required documents.

4. Make an appointment in e-Konsulat 

5. On the day of your visit submit all documents, including a printed and signed application form, and pay the visa fee.

Processing will take up to 15 days.
