78th anniversary of the sinking of ORP "Kujawiak" near the coast of Malta

On June 16, on the 78th anniversary of the sinking of ORP "Kujawiak" (also known as HMS Oakley, L72) Tomasz Czyszek the Polish ambassador in Malta, laid a wreath under a plaque commemorating the heroic death of 13 Polish sailors serving on the ship. The event took place in Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta.
