The performance 'Writers Asylum. Photographic memory' at Spazju Kreattiv Theatre

On 11th of February a theatre performance 'Writers Asylum. Photographic memory' prepared by Nettheatre / Near East took place at Spazju Kreattiv Theatre in Valletta.
During the performance, a Belarusian photographer Zmicer Waynowski, who had been detained during a protest in Minsk in November 2020, then kept under arrest, harassed and forced to leave Belarus, told his personal story and stories of other direct participants of the protests which had been held in his country after the presidential election in August 2020.
After the performance, the artists answered the audience's questions about the performance's genesis and the situation of political prisoners in Belarus.
