Have a look at the outcome of our work

- revised curriculum frameworks for the following fields of study: Pedagogy, Tourism and Recreation

- didactic materials developed (e.g. syllabuses)

- a sensory analysis laboratory, a room for pedagogical therapy, didactic aids for the Tourism and Recreation field of study, a VR simulator, first aid with a phantom, and an anatomical table were purchased

- educated dual degree graduates (even better prepared for the labour market)

What problem does our project solve?

Increase of competencies of 90 students (54F, 36M) participating in higher education at the WSB University (Faculty of Finance and Management-F&M in Gdansk and Faculty of Economics and Management-E&M in Gdynia) in the field of study: Pedagogy (PED) and Tourism and Recreation (T&R) through the participation in dual degree studies corresponding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society until 31/01/2022.

Who will benefit from the outcomes of the project?

Future students of the fields of study covered by the project (Pedagogy, and Tourism and Recreation).

What was the most challenging aspect of the implementation of the project for us?

Pandemic, which primarily affected the implementation of student internships, training. It also had an impact on issues with achieving the outcome indicator. More students discontinued their education or prolonged the defence of their thesis than originally planned.

Our advice to other Applicants

Very insightful monitoring of project implementation (substantive progress, financial implementation, indicators). It is never too late to make changes to a project.
