Poland in Pakistan

You can have a copy of your document certified in a Polish consular post of your choice.

Documents can be submitted in person or by an authorized person (an authorized person should provide the copy of your passport, his/her passport and the authorization letter).  Diplomatic mission does not accept documents sent via fax, regular mail or e-mail.

You can book your appointment via the e-konsulat system.

You will need the document and a copy of it.

Please note:
If the copy is to be made by the consul, the consular fee will be higher.

The fee for certifying a copy of a document will be 9 345 PKR.

The fee applies to a certified copy of a document and is not based on the number of pages. 

The consul will process the case without undue delay but not later than within 30 days from the application date. 

Documents can be collected in person or by an authorized person (an authorized person should provide his/her an original ID card (CNIC), the authorization letter and receipt).

In the event of refusal, the consul will issue a decision against which you can lodge a complaint with the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. The complaint is lodged via the consul who issued the decision.
