Please use the aforementioned phone numbers to register visa appointments only. First slots for national visa registration for work purpose will be released via telephone on Monday 7^th September, 2020 at 10:00 am -12.00 pm and 2.00-4.00 pm (local time). If you are planning trip to Poland in the near future, please register for your visit at the Consular Section.

Registration of next employment visa appointments by telephone will be available every Monday 10.00 am-12.00 pm and 2.00-4.00 pm (local time) or till the limit of places is completed. Releasing of slots is closed during Philippine and Polish public holidays.

New slots will be systematically open for all the employment visa applicants on the “first-come-first-served” basis via telephone.

Owing to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments as well as the general community quarantine measures imposed in Metro Manila, the number of national visa applications is accepted to a limited extent until the situation stabilizes.

During the telephone conversation please provide the following information:

- first name and surname

- passport number

- personal telephone number of an applicant

- personal email address of an applicant (one per person)

- work permit number

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Polish Embassy will not register any visa appointments at the request of the third parties including commercial visa agencies or future employers. During the appointment scheduling we do not provide any technical guidance with further filling in application forms at the ekonsulat system.

After having registered the appointment date by telephone it is required to fill in an application form at the ekonsulat system as follows:

1.      Visit: e-konsulat system 

2.      Select the type of visa: for travels from 91 to 365 days - National Visa Fill in Form

5.      Fill in the application form and click on “Submit”.

6.      Print out the application form and confirmation page.

7.      The printed application (all the pages including the PDF417 barcode) along with all the required documents must be submitted personally by the applicant on the appointment day registered by telephone. Please do not use the National Visa Register Form option to schedule an appointment for employment visa matters as it is reserved for national visa slots for other purpose than work.

Registration of a visa application for a different purpose than indicated in the selected type of a visa/registration section, making substantial changes in the visa application after completing the registration will cause a visa application rejection.

Customers shall arrive at the Consular Section at the appointed time only.

The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Manila does not collaborate with any commercial visa agencies. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate.

The appointments for employment visa previously registered at the ekonsulat system under “Register Form for employment visa” option for the specific date in August- October will be accepted on unchanged terms.

With regard to applications for Schengen visa as well as national visa for the purpose other than employment, the current appointment registration via ekonsulat system will be maintained.
