Temporary suspension of routine visa appointments releasing

In view of the growing epidemiological risk associated with the spread of coronavirus 2019-nCoV as well as the modified enhanced community quarantine measures imposed in Metro Manila, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila kindly informs that releasing of new visa slots via the ekonsulat system is suspended up to and including 18th August 2020.

The visa appointments already registered in the ekonsulat system will be accepted in the scope adapted to the temporary Embassy operation with a skeleton workforce and subject to strict social distancing rules.

The Embassy will still leave the possibility of processing new visa appointments made as of 4 August 2020 in urgent cases. Please contact us via manila.consulate@msz.gov.pl if you are planning to submit your visa application for the purpose in question.
