How to make an appointment in the consulate?

Please use e-Konsulat on scheduling appointments covering various consular services (visa, passports, legal matters).

You can choose a suitable date and time at the e-consulate system.

If the system does not show a date you wish, it means there are no slots available or the Consular Section is closed.

Immediate consular assistance is reserved for Polish citizens in emergency (accidents, arrests etc.).

Collection of documents: Sunday through Wednesday 12.30 PM – 2.00 PM. You will also be informed by the Consul when your new passports are ready and how to collect them.

Collection of visa decisions and other documents does not require registration at the e-consulate system. Our consular staff will inform you on the precise collection date during your first appointment.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

The office is closed during Qatari and Polish public holidays.
