In 1 - 5 October 2023 the 4th Extraordinary Congress of the World Postal Union (UPU) was held in Riyadh. The Polish delegation was led by Ambassador Robert Rostek. The event was also attended by, among others, Saudi Minister of Transportation and Logistics Services H.E. Saleh Al Jasser and President of Saudi Post Corporation H.E. Anef Abanomai.
