Business Visa during COVID pandemic

Please find below the current regulations on applying for business visas to Poland during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To apply for a business visa C-type / D-type during Covid 19, please follow instruction below:
The person who would like to apply for business visa should contact his/her embassy in Warsaw with request to send a verbal note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. Note should mention:
- Data of a specific person / group of persons, on the basis of which it will be possible to uniquely identify such person / persons (in particular: first name(s) and surname, date of birth and number of the passport document on the basis of which a given person will cross the Polish border - applies to each of the persons, in the case of a larger number of people applying for entry) and his/her contact details (correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number);
- Provide information on the date of the planned entry to Poland and the date of stay, as well as the place of the planned bored crossing and the means of transport by which the person will cross the Polish border;
- Purpose of arrival and justification. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that the purpose of travel that can be achieved remotely (e.g. arrangements with the contractor by videoconference, on-line presentation, etc.) will not be considered as justified and will result in a refusal;
- Attachments - documents confirming the status of a given person (e.g. as an employee or owner of a given company) and the purpose of their arrival to Poland (e.g. an invitation from a Polish company).
