On the occasion of the Polish Armed Forces Day, on August 15th, the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh was lightened in white and red colors of the Polish flag.

On August 15th 2022, on the occasion of the Polish Armed Forces Day, the illumination of the Kingdom Tower skyscraper in Riyadh in white and red colors of the Polish flag took place. The joint initiative of the Defense Attaché of the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Riyadh was a great occasion to solemnly celebrate the Polish Armed Forces Day and the 102nd anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw.

 

On this occasion, the Consular Department of the Embassy of Poland in Riyadh organized a meeting for the Polish community in order to celebrate together this spectacular illumination and to take a commemorative photo. In the ceremony participated: Chargé d'affaires of the Republic of Poland Katarzyna Pechcin, Defense Attaché of the Republic of Poland Col. Artur Rochnowski, Consul of the Republic of Poland Radosław Pechcin and numerous representatives of the Polish community in Riyadh.
