On 12 October 2024, Nobel Laureate in Literature Olga Tokarczuk participated in the iRead Final Event at the King Abdulaziz World Culture Centre (Ithra) in Dhahran, where she gave a reading and an interview. On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Riyadh, Consul Sebastian Kmita and Secretary for Cultural Affairs Mateusz Guzik were honoured to welcome the author to the event.
