On November 1, 2023, Ambassador Robert Rostek presented letters of credence to President of the Republic of Yemen H.E. Rashad Al-Alimi at the Presidential Palace in Aden. During his visit, ambassador was also received by Prime Minister H.E. Ma'in Abd al-Maliki, as well as the ministers of foreign affairs, health and international planning and cooperation.

The ambassador also visited the Caritas Poland office in Yemen, which supports the operation of several hospitals and clinics that provide medical care to Yemenis.
