The first meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two State Solution took place in Riyadh on 30-31 October. The format was launched on 26 September 2024 in New York, where a meeting on the Gaza situation and the prospect of a two-state solution was held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.

The meeting in Riyadh was attended by 94 delegations, including all permanent members of the UN Security Council, as well as the European Union Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process, Sven Koopmans. The Polish side was represented by Ambassador Robert Rostek and Second Secretary Paweł Mączka.
