On the occasion of the launch of direct flights between Poland and Saudi Arabia, scheduled for 4 June 2024, the Embassy has launched an information series on Poland. Every month, until 4 June, we are going to publish information on attractive tourist destinations in our country.

Kraków - the historical capital of Poland

Kraków, the second biggest Polish city and the former capital of Poland, has been enchanting with its magic for hundreds of years. The city, first mentioned in 965, is picturesquely situated on the banks of the Vistula River, and is a true urban phenomenon. Since 1978, the Old Town and the Kazimierz district are included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Zakopane - the mountain capital of Poland

Zakopane, located in the Małopolskie province, about 100 km from Kraków, has been a center of active recreation for years. Located at the foot of the majestic Tatra Mountains, Zakopane offers a wide range of leisure activities, including skiing, hiking, backpacking and many more.
