On the occasion of the launch of direct flights between Poland and Saudi Arabia, scheduled for 4 June 2024, the Embassy has launched an information series on Poland. Every month, until 4 June, we are going to publish information on attractive tourist destinations in our country.
Wrocław - the city of a hundred bridges
Wrocław, located in the Lower Silesia, in the southeastern part of Poland, must be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. A city of greenery, rivers, bridges, monuments and culture. During its over 1000 years of history the city has been home to many nations, becoming a multicultural center with Polish, Czech and German historical and cultural traces. In 2016 Wrocław won the title of "The European Capital of Culture 2016".
