On 4 of November the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Helsinki with the cooperation of Baltic Security Foundation organized a seminar “Baltic Sea: joint solutions to shared risks”.
Among the speakers were: Ambassador Grzegorz Poznański, Director General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) in Stockholm, Rüdiger Strempel, the Executive Secretary of the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission (Helsinki Commission – HELCOM) and Otto Tabuns, Director of the Baltic Security Foundation.
