Accessibility declaration
- Website publication date: 2008-12-17.
- Date of the last major update: 2021-05-01.
The website is partially compliant with the Act of April 4, 2019, on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below:
- Videos do not have subtitles for the deaf.
- Some files are not digitally accessible.
- There is a lack of proper header structure in articles.
We provide access to an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter via a connection with the Migam Interpreter service. The link to connect can be found in the upper-right corner of the website (the service operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). This access includes remote communication via a dedicated subpage within the domain www.tlumacz.migam.org and is funded by the Ministry of Digital Affairs. After establishing a video connection through the website, the interpreter will make a phone call on behalf of the hearing-impaired person. The service works directly from web browsers without requiring additional software installation.
Exemptions:
- Maps are exempt from the accessibility requirement.
- Videos were published before the digital accessibility law came into effect.
Statement Prepared: 2021-05-01, based on a self-assessment conducted by the public entity.

Anyone has the right to request digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or a specific element. You may also request information in an alternative access format, such as reading an inaccessible document aloud or describing the content of a video without audio description.
The request should include:
- The name of the person making the request,
- Indication of the website or mobile application in question,
- Preferred contact method.
If the requester needs information through an alternative access method, they should also specify the form of the information.
The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than within seven days from the date of the request. If this timeline cannot be met, the public entity will promptly inform the requester of when the request can be fulfilled, which cannot exceed two months from the request date.
If digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative access method. If the public entity refuses to meet the request for accessibility or an alternative access method, the requester may file a complaint regarding digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or element thereof.
After exhausting the above procedure, you may also file a request with the Ombudsman.
