performs the tasks of the Minister concerning the regulation of agricultural markets within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy and the market of potatoes, spirits, aromatised wine sector products, fermented wine beverages and beer, organised forms of cooperation, including in particular agricultural co-operatives, agricultural producer groups and their associations, producer organisations and their associations, inter-branch and international organisations, agri-food processing, the functioning of the agri-food supply chain, agrarian statistics and agricultural market research, as well as the use of renewable energy sources.
