Obtaining a certificate from the National Criminal Register (the so-called criminal record certificate)
The Consul does not obtain a police record search from Poland.
You can obtain a criminal record certificate yourself:
- at the Information Office or Information Points of the National Criminal Register operating at district courts,
- using the services of an attorney,
- or by post.

If you have a qualified electronic signature or a signature confirmed by a trusted e-PUAP profile - you can apply for a certificate electronically via the e-Platform of the Ministry of Justice.
