Complaints and requests

Complaints and requests can be submitted in the following way:

  • In the office of the Bureau for Chemical Substances, during normal working hours in the secretariat - Łódź, ul. Dowborczyków 30/34, Poland
  • By post: Biuro do spraw Substancji Chemicznych (Bureau for Chemical Substances), Dowborczyków 30/34 90-019 Łódź, Poland, with a note „Skarga/wniosek”,
  • By electronic inbox (ePUAP),
  • By electronic mail: biuro@chemikalia.gov.pl
  • Verbally into a record to the Director General of the office (time of appointment must be agreed by phone).

Due to the current epidemiological situation, verbal submission of complaints and requests has been suspended until further notice.

Complaints and requests without the first and last name (company name) and address of the person filing the complaint/request shall not be considered.

If content of the complaint or request does not duly imply its subject, the office shall request the submitter to provide, within seven days of receiving this request, explanation or further information, and informs that failure to remedy the said deficiencies will leave the complaint or request unprocessed.
