Dear Clients,

We kindly inform you that external clients will be received as well as files will be made available in the office premises of the Bureau for Chemical Substances in Łódź,  Dowborczyków 30/34, Poland, between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., by prior appointment (at least one day before the visit) by phone or e-mail.

To review the files, you are kindly requested to contact relevant department, providing your first and last name, and file reference number.

Designated employees of the Bureau for Chemical Substances will take part in the file review. Only one file may be reviewed at a time in the location designated for the files review, due to  the protection of secrets protected by law. Files shall be made available in the room designated for this purpose in the premises of the Bureau for Chemical Substances.
