Access to public information
Each person has the right to obtain information on the activity of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate insofar as stipulated in the Access to Public Information Act of 6 September 2001.
Basic information is posted on the website of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. Additional information related to the Inspectorate are made available in reply to a request.
Such a request can be sent:

3. by means of the Electronic Inbox (a profile on the e-PUAP platform is necessary: https://epuap.gov.pl).
The information is provided without undue delay, however not later than within 14 days of filing the request. If the information cannot be made available within the said period or the request needs to be elaborated in accordance with the act of law, the Office will contact the requester in writing. The right to public information is subject to restrictions within the scope and under principles specified in the regulations on the protection of classified information and other statutory protected secrets.
Fees for providing public information
The provision of public information is free of charge:
• in electronic form;
• by fax:
• if the fee for the information would be lower than the cost of registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
If, as a result of making the public information available upon a request, the Office incurs additional expenses arising from the method of providing the information or a necessity to convert the information into a form specified in the request, the Office may charge the requester a fee corresponding to the said costs. The Office, within 14 days of filing the request, will notify the requester of the amount of the fee. The requested information is provided within 14 days of notifying the requester unless the requester changes the request in terms of the method or form of providing the information or withdraws the request within the said period.
