The officials discussed the development of political and economic relations between both countries, as well as activities within the Eastern Partnership.

Deputy Minister Marek Prawda meets with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan

The deputy ministers also spoke about security in the South Caucasus and the upcoming Polish presidency of the Council of the EU. The meeting was an opportunity for Deputy Minister Marek Prawda to assure the Armenian side of Poland’s backing for measures aimed at tightening bonds between the European Union and Armenia. He also expressed support for Armenia's democratic reforms and announced the Polish MFA's decision to resume its contributions to OHCHR Armenia, this time with a payment of USD 250,000.
