Inaugural meeting of Advisory Legal Committee of Minister of Foreign Affairs

On 11 March 2024, a ceremony took place to appoint the Committee’s new members selected from international law theoreticians and practitioners representing Polish academic and scientific centres.
The Advisory Legal Committee of the Minister of Foreign Affairs is composed of the following members:
- dr hab. Łukasz Gruszczyński, professor of Kozminski University,
- dr hab. Patrycja Grzebyk, professor of the University of Warsaw,
- dr hab. Tomasz Kamiński, professor of the University of Warsaw,
- dr hab. Bartłomiej Krzan, professor of the University of Wrocław,
- prof. dr hab. Cezary Mik, the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University,
- prof. dr hab. Barbara Mikołajczyk, the University of Silesia,
- dr hab. Katarzyna Myszona-Kostrzewa, professor of the University of Warsaw,
- dr hab. Dorota Pyć, professor of the University of Gdańsk,
- dr hab. Przemysław Saganek, professor of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
- dr hab. Magdalena Słok-Wódkowska, professor of the University of Warsaw,
- prof. dr hab. Monika Szwarc, the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
- dr hab. Piotr Szwedo, professor of the Jagiellonian University,
- dr hab. Karolina Wierczyńska, professor of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
- dr hab. Adam Wiśniewski, professor of the University of Gdańsk,
- prof. dr hab. Anna Wyrozumska, the University of Łódź.
The Committee is tasked with conducting analyses and preparing opinions as well as legal reports regarding international law and European Union law.
