At the initiative of the Slovak side, Minister Zbigniew Rau had a phone conversation with Miroslav Wlachovsky, the new Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic.

The ministers reaffirmed their willingness to continue the close cooperation between Poland and Slovakia on the most important items on the bilateral, regional and international agenda. They agreed that it is vital to continue working closely together on supporting Ukraine in the context of Russia’s aggression.

Minister Miroslav Wlachovsky has accepted Minister Zbigniew Rau’s invitation to visit Warsaw in the near future.
