"Bene Merito is a special medal awarded to those who promote Poland's good name worldwide; those who have contributed to building our country's positive image. Indeed, one such person is Zbigniew Andrzej Judycki, an activist of long standing and a populariser of the Polish community abroad," emphasised the deputy chief of Polish diplomacy.
