Applying for visa suspended until further notice

Embassy of Poland extends the period when we are not receiving visa applications and not offering related consular services. This follows restrictions related to the coronavirus outbreak in Poland and in Ethiopia.

Coronavirus

Until now we were extending limited service period in line with the dates of the restrictions in Poland. Since these were continuously extended and adjusted, and also having in mind similar restrictions of movement in Addis Ababa and Ethiopia, we will now only announce when we are open again for consular clients.

Please note that as of March 15 Poland closed its borders to foreigners. Few exceptions are allowed, for details please visit official website: www.gov.pl/coronavirus/travel.

Polish citizens and members of families of the Polish citizens will still be able to receive relevant consular services upon prior booking. Other emergency cases may be handled on case by case basis.
