Change of procedure for diploma legalization

Announcement

Online booking will be required for appointment from now on. We will be accepting multiple diplomas  from one person.

After you get your student visa, please book your diploma legalization appointment online via:

www.e-konsulat.gov.pl > Ethiopia, Addis Ababa > Visits > Legal matters > Reservation of appointment.

You do not have to show up in person. Anyone can apply for legalization of multiple diplomas, on behalf of one or many other persons. We encourage grouping your diplomas together.  

Until recently we were accepting diplomas for legalization immediately after handing out passports with issued visas. From now it requires appointment. Legalizations will be processed every Friday, mostly on the spot.

The rules apply to all other kinds of documents for legalization, such as driving licenses, birth certificates etc.
