Coronavirus: Embassy of Poland stops receiving visa applications

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus in Ethiopia, Embassy of Poland stops receiving visa applications and offering related consular services as of March 16
These restrictions will remain in power until March 31, and may be extended if necessary. Restrictions also apply to legalization/authentication and other similar services. We will do our best to reschedule all booked visa applications for a later date, without the need to fill in the application form again.
Please note that as of March 15 Poland closed its borders to foreigners. Few exceptions are allowed, for details please visit official website: www.gov.pl/coronavirus/travel.
We also suspend issuing Schengen visas for Estonia unfil further notice. If you need Estonian visa please contact the Estonian Embassy in Cairo.
Those who wish to appeal against the visa decision have to make a payment ETB 2905 to the Embassy account 100 000 110 6288 in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. Please include your full name (as in your passport) and the passport number in the transfer title. Then send by post the appropriate documents (including the proof of payment) to the Embassy. The deadline is 14 days after the collection of the previous decision, date as postmark. It will not be possible to appeal against the decision in person in the Embassy at least until March 31.
Polish citizens and members of families of the Polish citizens will still be able to receive relevant consular services upon prior booking. Other emergency cases may be handled on case by case basis.
