Statement of the role of visa agents

The Embassy of Poland does not cooperate with any visa agents. Specifically no agent has special access to the Embassy or preference in booking visa interview slots.

Each visa case is decided individually based on the documents submitted and the visa interview. The whole visa process is designed to be accessible to individuals. Using the services of third party agents is allowed, but does not guarantee availability of interview slots nor impacts the final visa decision. Any agent claiming they “work with” the Embassy or can guarantee positive visa decision should make you suspicious.
