Change in the employment relationship
It involves changing the established conditions of work and remuneration (e.g. remuneration, type of work, workplace).
It may take place on the basis of an amending agreement or amending notice.
An employee employed by an employer for at least 6 months may also request the employer once a calendar to change the type of employment contract to a contract of employment for an indefinite period or apply for more predictable and secure employment conditions.
