The Minister of Finance, acting under the Public Finance Act of 27^th August 2009 and in connection with the Act of 3^rd July 2018 - Regulations introducing the Act - Law on Higher Education and Science, and in relation to the Act of 9^th November 2018 On special arrangements to implement the Budget Act for 2019, issued zero coupon bonds maturing on 25^th May 2021 (OB0521), assigned to increase the funds of universities and international scientific institutes.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 2.9 billion were transferred on 9^th April 2019 to eligible entities.

OB0521 series become fungible with series OK0521 on 18^th April 2019.
