The Minister of Finance, acting under § 3.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 30th August 2013 on the Conditions of Issuing Treasury Bonds Offered through Wholesale Sales, concluded on April 16, 2020 with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) an agreement on granting BGK the right to purchase Treasury bonds series DS0725, WS0428 and DS1029 outside the auction.
