The Minister of Finance, acting under § 3.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 30th August 2013 on the Conditions of Issuing Treasury Bonds Offered through Wholesale Sales, concluded on March 26, 2020 with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), an agreement on granting BGK the right to purchase treasury bonds DS0726 and DS1029 series outside the auction.
