Information on issuance of zero coupon bonds assigned for public radio and television units as compensation for lost subscription fees

The Minister of Finance, acting under the Public Finance Act of 27th August 2009 and in connection with the Act of 21st April 2005 on subscription fees, issued zero coupon bonds (series OC0521) maturing on 25th May 2021, assigned for public radio and television units as compensation for lost subscription fees.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 350 million were transferred on 1st August 2019.

OC0521 series become fungible with series OK0521 on 21st August 2019.
