Information on issuance of zero coupon bonds (ON0423) assigned to increase Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdynia S.A. and Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście S.A. share capital.

Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy, acting under the Public Finance Act of 27th August 2009 and in connection with the Act of 9th August 2019 on investments in the construction of outer ports, issued zero coupon bonds (series ON0423) maturing on 25th April 2023, assigned to increase Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdynia S.A. and Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście S.A. share capital.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 1,000,000,000 were transferred on 15th December 2020.

ON0423 series become fungible with series OK0423 on 28th December 2020.
