Issuance of bonds PP0931 series

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy issued floating rate bonds maturing on 24th September 2031, short name PP0931.

The buyer of bonds on the primary market is solely Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny under the agreement dated 22nd September 2021 on granting the exclusive right to submit bid for the floating rate bonds maturing on 24th September 2031.

The nominal amount of the issue equals PLN 3 billion. The bonds sale price is equal to their nominal value.
