Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Fundusz Kolejowy

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Fundusz Kolejowy.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,500 million were transferred on December 29, 2023.

The issued bonds will be assimilated on January 18, 2024 with the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 225 million,
  2. WZ1128 – PLN 450 million,
  3. WS0429 – PLN 525 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 300 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of December 16, 2005 on the Railway Fund.
