Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Fundusz Reprywatyzacji

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Fundusz Reprywatyzacji.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 148.461 million were transferred on October 4, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 14.846 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 44.538 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 44.538 million,
  4. DS0432 – PLN 29.693 million,
  5. WZ0533 – PLN 14.846 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 11 August, 2021 amending the Public Finance Act and certain other laws.
