Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 3,659 million were transferred on September 15, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 548.85 million,
  2. PS0728 – PLN 1,280.65 million,
  3. WZ1128 – PLN 1,097.70 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 731.80 million.
